Please submit orders in writing to ensure accuracy. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for delivery. Each item comes packaged in our signature Thistle & Bee drawstring pouch and gift box, unless specified by customer. Shipping Information
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by customer on the purchase order. Express shipping is available upon request. The customer is responsible for shipping charges which include shipping, handling and insurance, F.O.B. New York City.
Thistle & Bee is not responsible for lost shipments. Customer signature will be required for all shipments. If the customer requests proof of delivery within 30 days of invoice date, Thistle & Bee will file a shipment tracer inquiry with the carrier on behalf of the customer. If a shipment is damaged, the customer must contact the carrier directly within five (5) business days to have merchandise and packing materials inspected in order to file a damage claim.
Payment Terms
Payment is net 30 days from the date of invoice to credit-approved accounts. For other accounts, payment must accompany order. All accounts are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on past due balances. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks. Credit card purchases are accepted
Special Orders
Custom designed and large special orders will require a 50% deposit upon placement of order.
Pricing
All retail prices furnished by Thistle & Bee are the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices and are factored at Key plus 20. As independent merchants, dealers may establish their own prices. All Thistle & Bee prices are subject to change without notice.
Merchandise Return Policy
Customers may return merchandise only with Thistle & Bee's specific authorization. All requests for return authorization must be made to Thistle & Bee within 14 days of invoice date. Any packages returned without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. All returns, once approved, must be carefully packaged by the customer to avoid shipping damage and should be shipped freight-prepaid via UPS. Thistle & Bee must inspect all merchandise returned as defective before adjustments are made.
Credit
New customers may be asked to submit a credit application with required bank information and credit references when placing an opening order.
Engraving
Many of the Thistle & Bee products are suitable for engraving. Thistle & Bee offers a variety of engraving styles, pictured below, for monograms, names, dates and inscriptions. The standard charge for engraving is $25 for twenty (20) characters or less. Engraved items cannot be returned.
